Brock Tadashore
Belief. Passion. Balance.
Originally from Sault Ste Marie, ON., Brock grew up living an active lifestyle surrounded by many family and friends. These beliefs (family, friends and healthy living) were instilled in him at an early age. Combining that, with a passion for the human body, movement and helping others has lead Brock down the road of Manual Therapy. His education as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, Certified Athletic Therapist and Registered Massage Therapist has helped develop his therapeutic philosophy which incorporates all of his education to date.
Brock strongly believes that living a healthy and fulfilled life is about creating a balance. Brock considers himself very lucky to have found a place that has allowed him to continue to live a active lifestyle and develop a career around his beliefs and passions. Brock, his wife and their two girls are fortunate enough to call Collingwood, ON., home for the past 14 years. You will either find them running or hiking the trails, riding bikes, downhill skiing or exploring all that the area has to offer.

Mathilde Sauvé
Passionate, curious, and dedicated, Mathilde has always been guided by a desire to connect with others and grow through each experience. Her years as a high-level synchronized swimmer with the Canadian national team fostered a deep appreciation for movement, resilience, and the wisdom of the body, naturally leading her toward manual and holistic therapies.
She began her career as a massage therapist in Québec in 2015 and later completed her studies in osteopathic manual practice at the Collège d’études ostéopathiques de Montréal. Since 2020, she has been practicing as an osteopath and is a member of the Canadian Alliance of Alternative Medicine (ACMA). She has also worked extensively with high-level athletes, mainly in track and field, supporting performance, recovery, and injury prevention. In recent years, she taught as a clinical teacher in osteopathy, a role that deepened her love of sharing knowledge with future practitioners.
Mathilde’s practice is rooted in therapeutic relationship, knowledge sharing, and supporting clients in their own autonomy. She enjoys working with people from all backgrounds who are ready to actively engage in their health journey, helping them find balance, harmony, and well-being in daily life.
Outside of work, Mathilde loves spending time outdoors, being in the water, and singing — activities that keep her connected to movement, creativity, and the joy of life. She is excited to experience these activities and connect with the vibrant Collingwood community.
